As a child, teen and family therapist with over twenty years of experience, I help clients manage and overcome a variety of challenging issues. I have provided a number of Parent Resources with links to various topics and techniques that may be helpful when researching child, teen and family mental health.
I offer flexible appointment times including Saturday office hours and virtual sessions via a HIPAA compliant app called Telehealth by SimplePractice. I assist children and families in the discovery of tools to create a path towards a happy and healthy future. My aim is to help achieve lasting positive results as quickly as possible.
